Artists Against AIDS is an annual art show and sale in Champaign-Urbana that benefits the Greater Community AIDS Project. This is a  four day event happening at the end of April.  Several receptions and concerts are also a part of this event.  Participating artists (over 200) donate 50% (or more) of their sale price.  This is an excellent opportunity to help a good cause while also get your artwork out there and known.  You can also help by volunteering or buying artwork.
