Facilities:
The Douglass Annex is equipped with a large activity room, computer lab, kitchen, combined lounge and craft room, television, and piano.
The Annex is located next door to the Douglass Branch of the Champaign Public Library.
History:

- Originally operated as Gagliano IGA Supermarket.
- The City of Champaign obtained the property in the fall of 1967 as part of a Urban Renewal Project.
- The Champaign Park District obtained land and building in 1970 form the City of Champaign.
- Dedicated March 4, 1978.
