Huaraches are corn grilled, thick tortillas topped with cheese and meat. Moroleón is a city located in the Mexican state of Guanajuato, in central Mexico, and home to owner David Perez.
This is one of the more "authentic" Mexican restaurants in town and is highly recommended.
