Mail Drop Boxes are giant blue bins (not to be mistaken with Recycling Bins) that you send snail mail instead of going to the Post Office. These drop boxes are not equipped with USB or Ethernet ports so it is impossible to send your email or tweets through them. The word is, carrier pigeons travel to all these drop boxes and deliver them to the post office; however, no empirical studies has proved this to be true.

The weight limit for items that go into the postbox is 13 oz; keep this in mind if you are trying to mail something other than a letter.
