Rick's Bakery is located in Urbana, IL and also has a booth at the Urbana Farmer's Market.
At the market, they sell:

At their store, they sell many more wonderful pastries and cakes, particularly their pastel de tres leches and mousse. According to one regular, Rick's tres leches "is what life's about."
