Meghan Ballmer moved to Urbana four and a half years ago. She had always liked to craft and work with fabrics. Her high school job was at an alteration shop and this passion continued during her college years. Upon moving to Urbana, she realized she could get crafty and sell her wares at the local market. She's been coming to the market ever since. You can find Simple {little} Stitches are both the outdoor and indoor Urbana markets on Saturday mornings -- that's Meghan main space to sell her items. Otherwise, you can find her stuff on her Etsy page.
Her booth includes all sorts of "handmade coziness," just in time for the arrival of fall and winter weather. In addition to hats and other crocheted items, Meghan also sells wallets, purses, clutches, and hair pieces. Her most popular items are baby items.
