Red Hill Books is an independent bookstore in Bernal Heights on Cortland Avenue. It's a part of Dog Eared Books.
Red Hill Books was originally going to be a relocation spot for Phoenix Books, but became its own store when Phoenix's lease situation was settled. The store is apparently named "after Bernal's communist past."
