Established in 2021.

Meal Preps 4 Me was created by a husband and wife from the Toledo area. Meal prepping as a means to eat well, manage our health issues, save time, save money, and still enjoy meals. And so it began. We decided to start Meal Preps 4 Me to ensure everyone that wanted to, had something delicious and healthy to eat. Wherever they happened to be.

Chef inspired meals are measured, healthy, fresh, and delivered weekly.

 - Currently only delivering meals Mondays but additional delivery days are planned in the future. 

The meal prep delivery range covers the greater Toledo metro area including suburbs Sylvania Ohio, Holland Ohio, Perrysburg Ohio, Maumee Ohio, Rossford Ohio, Oregon Ohio, Erie Michigan, Bedford  Michigan, Temperance  Michigan, Lambertville Michigan, and more. See Google listing
