Running log of site administration

• 2013-07-26: upgraded site to LocalWiki version 0.5.
• 2012-27-12: inserted ToledoWiki logo, a la  LocalWiki documentation info.
• 2012-24-11: established the front page Welcome image behind the search box, a la LocalWiki documentation info.
• 2012-11-17: tweaked the g+1 and facebook buttons to relay the actual page where the button was clicked vs. relaying the front page 
• 2012-11-8: installed google analytics, g+1/twitter/facebook buttons
• 2012-11-5: launched site
